Any time I try to contact the post office NO ONE ANSWERS. And then, after hours or days of trying to reach them at different times if by chance someone actually does answer, they are rude!!
I always go to this post office. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and experienced. I really appreciate the fine work they do.
The staff here are so friendly! Even when there is a line, it moves efficient. My fav post office!
This post office has a delivery person to Edgewood of Gulf Trace that is totally LAZY... i am disabled, my husband is blind and i am caretgiver to my 92 yr old mother....He WILL NOT COME TO THE DOOR to deliver anything. First, a certified letter...now a $1.68 postage due piece of MEDICAL EQUIPMENT THAT I DESPERATELY NEED... what the heck is wrong with him.. i complained once in person at the counter in Holida6y... If he can't do his job....hire someone that can...
Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible, terrible customer service. Asked a question only to get attitude from 2 employees because I didnt know how things worked there. I end up having to speak to a supervisor to get my issue straightened out and she gave me attitude. All I was trying to do was get a change of address error corrected and not one time did I get upset or give attitude to them. The WORST customer service, and I work in customer service.
