Wow!!! I was beyond impressed with my daughter’s visit to Doctor’s Urgent Care. We visited as a self-pay patient and paid $110. First, I want to say how easy it was to check-in online through their website. As a result of the online check in we knew when we would be seen by the doctor. I was texted with my appointment time in a matter of seconds! It was awesome to not have to sit in the waiting area for an hour. The waiting room was immaculate. It was Super clean with brand new black leather couches and a coffee station. The staff was professional & attentive to my daughter’s needs and concerns. Thank you to Shala Wayner (office manager) for taking such great care of my sick little one. They made us feel very comfortable with our visit.
We were on vacation and illness struck and this place was highly recommended. The minute we arrived we were met so nicely and it got better from that point. Nurse Brianna was so professional, pleasant and calming as was the Physicians Asst. Danielle. The facility was exceptionally clean and all staff we observed were dressed professionally and conducted themselves in a manner that reassured us we were going to be well cared for. This will definitely be a place we'll go back to.
We were greeted professionally. The office lobby was stylish, comfortable and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find a self service (free) coffee/tea area in the lobby. Before I knew it, as I had just poured my first cup of java, they were calling my daughters' name. The Medical Assistant, soon to be nurse, was so welcoming; and if we had any anxiety it fled away as Meghan began to speak. I thought to myself, "This is going to be a good first visit."
We were concerned that it might be strep causing our visit that day. The strep test was included with the $110 visit and we had the negative results in less than 5 minutes. We also left with FREE antibiotics! That’s right! No need to head over to our pharmacy to pay for antibiotics we left with them! And if you are a self-pay patient and your the symptoms you came in for don’t get better you get a FREE follow up visit within 10 days of your original visit! I cannot express how impressed I am with Doctor’s Urgent Care Walk-In Clinic in Holiday. (At this time they did not offer children’s antibiotics)
This was the first time my wife and I ever needed a walk-in clinic and we were very impressed with the courtesy, efficiency and effectiveness of the entire staff. Dr. Dean manages one of the most professional medical offices that we have ever visited in the last 72 years. Thanks Doc.

I wish I could rate this more than five stars! Super clean facility, ALL the staff was so nice and super helpful.The front desk ladies are very pleasant right as you walk in. We were in and out with our diagnosis and on our way in less than thirty minutes! The doctor was very thorough and VERY nice with our two boy's as were the nurse's! I would recommend this place a thousand times to anyone!
