OMG NEVER again... Waited almost an hour to just return a car... One person working, a line full of people, he was super slow, and doesn't know what the hell he was doing! NEVER again will I come here to this location for a rental! Management might want to get someone else along with another person for help! VERY rude customer service! Being a platinum member, this is not acceptable at all!
The price was very fair. Service was fast. No charge for mileage for the first few hundred miles. Nothing like u-haul that charges an arm and a leg per mile. The truck was practically brand new and ran great. If I was to lodge any criticism at all it would be with their gas refill policy. You are supposed to return the vehicle with the amount of gasoline in it that was in it when it was delivered. How the heck am I supposed to know how much to buy in order to bring the tank back to somewhere between 1/2 and 3/4? Impossible. They should deliver it with a full tank and you should return it with a full tank.
We went to Enterprise Car Rental in Holiday Florida and we were helped by John who provided exceptional customer service, personal and genuine, we had to make some changes to our reservation and he fixed everything for us and got us going.
